This policy describes how Enviropaving ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through enviropaving.com, our customer and lead forms, and our internal Greenleaf operations platform, including the Greenleaf Bookkeeping integration with QuickBooks Online.
Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, service address), project details and photos for quotes and completed work, payment and invoicing records, and — for our own companies' accounting — banking and bookkeeping records processed through QuickBooks Online.
To respond to quote requests, schedule and complete work, invoice and collect payment, keep our own books and records, meet tax and legal obligations, and (only with your consent) send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Our Greenleaf Bookkeeping integration connects only to QuickBooks Online companies owned by Enviropaving and its related companies. It reads and writes accounting records (transactions, invoices, accounts) for our own bookkeeping. It does not access QuickBooks data belonging to customers or any third party, and we do not sell or share this data.
We share information only with service providers needed to run the business (payment processing, email delivery, accounting, telephony), with professional advisors, or where required by law. We never sell personal information.
Records are kept as long as needed for business, warranty, and tax purposes, and protected with industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and role-based access.
You can request access to or correction of your personal information, and unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any email.
